CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM

3 chicken breasts, split, skin removed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or 3/4 c. fresh
1/2 soup can sherry (use can from mushroom soup)
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish. Cover with mushrooms. Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, and sherry. Stir until blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it. Dust heavily with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
