CHICKEN `N SOUP CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts & legs
3/4 c. regular UNCLE BEN'S® rice (not quick)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cooking sherry
Parmesan cheese

Mix liquids. Pour half of mixture over rice in baking dish. Add chicken parts. Pour remaining liquid over it. Add the cheese, sprinkled liberally on top. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until rice is soft. Serves 6-8.
