MARTY'S CURRIED CHICKEN AND
BROCCOLI
 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
Mushroom pieces (optional)

Butter large casserole. Put chicken on bottom; cover with 1/2 sauce. Put broccoli over meat and cover with remaining sauce. Top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
