SALMON LOAF 
1 c. diced onion
1 tall can milk
1 stick Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cooked rice
1 can salmon
2 c. grated cheese
Pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle some of grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
