STRAWBERRY SALAD 
4 c. water
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 pkgs. tapioca pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Lots of fresh strawberries

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil until thick. Refrigerate until cool. Add Cool Whip and strawberries; chill. NOTE: I sometimes cook some rhubarb with first 3 ingredients and then continue on still using the strawberries.
