CHEESE BALL 
1 lg. Kraft cream cheese
8 oz. jar Roka cheese
1 stick butter
Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt
Onion salt
8 1/2 oz. sharp cheese

Mix all ingredients together (can use mixer). Place in refrigerator until firm, 2 hours or overnight. Butter hands, form 2 balls, roll in crushed nuts (walnuts). Can be frozen.
