1 (5 oz.) Roka blue cheese "in jar" 1 (5 oz.) Old English sharp 6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1 c. ground pecans Soften cheeses, mix with mixer "Not blender". Add onions and worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup parsley, 1/2 cup nuts. Save 1/4 cup parsley and 1/2 cup nuts, Put cheeses on a plastic wrap and put in bowl. "It's a gooey mess". Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Just before serving roll in remaining nuts and parsley. Surround with crackers and serve. |
