BETH'S FAVORITE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 sm. boxes frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 stick butter 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Cook broccoli for 8 minutes. Drain and put in 1 teaspoon salt. Add cheese and butter. Heat until melted. Place in greased casserole. Melt remaining butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
