2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. While hot, spread 1 jar of marshmallow cream over the cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. canned milk
1 box (3 1/2 c.) powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa

Over low heat, melt cocoa and butter together. Add canned milk and heat. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
