SPAETZLE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk

Sift together flour and salt. Add eggs and milk; beat well. Place mixture in a coarse-sieved colander. Hold over large kettle of rapidly boiling water (salted). With wooden spoon, press batter through colander. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Drain. Serve like noodles or spaghetti to compliment a meat dish. Serves 5.
