SPAETZLE 
3 c. flour
2 eggs
Enough water or milk to make thick dough
2 tsp. salt

Beat dough until shiny and satin smooth. Spoon into noodle press and press into boiling water. Boil 4 minutes. Remove and rinse. Spread on wax paper to dry. Reheat in skillet with butter.
