GRANDMA'S SPAETZLE 
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Lg. pot boiling water

Stir all ingredients until smooth. Slowly pour batter and cut off edge of bowl into hard boiling water. (Cut pieces will look like skinny dumplings.) Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until noodles rise to the surface. Stir lightly to keep from sticking. Put cooked noodles in another pot while cooking the rest.

Reheat leftovers by frying lightly.
