SPAETZLE 
1/4 c. egg beaters
3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. (scant) water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking powder
Sprinkle of nutmeg (if desired)

Mix dry ingredients; add to eggs and water. Drop by small spoonfuls into hot liquid. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
