PUMPKIN BREAD IN A JAR 
2/3 c. butter
2 2/3 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 pt. sized, wide mouth canning jars

Mix ingredients. Pour batter into jars that have been sprayed with a nonstick pan coating until half full. Place jars on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let jars cool. Put waxed paper circles on jars and screw on lids. Turn jars upside down.
