PORK CHOPS IN CREAM SAUCE 
4 med. pork chops
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 can beef broth
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil, add broth and cook until tender. Just before serving, combine mustard and cream and pour over chops in pan. Heat. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
