PEPPERONI EGG PIZZA 
6 lg. eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. chunky garden style spaghetti sauce
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, pepper and oregano in medium bowl until well blended. Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture; tilt skillet to cover bottom. Cover skillet and cook 5 to 6 minutes until omelet has set. Turn on broiler. Gently spread spaghetti sauce over omelet, almost to edge. Arrange pepperoni on sauce, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Broil 4" from heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until sauce is hot and cheese has melted.
