1 Duncan Hines butter cake (dry)
1 can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil

Mix well and pour into 4 round cake pans. This will be thin. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean at 375 degrees. Let cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. instant pineapple pudding (dry)
1 lg. crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Mix and frost.
