SNOW CAKE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 c. granulated sugar
1 sm. box orange gelatin
3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
1 can shredded coconut

Mix together in saucepan pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved, chill in refrigerator until thick but not set. Prepare 1 package of Dream Whip. Fold into chilled gelatin mixture until well blended. Break up half of cake into small pieces, spread evenly over bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch bake pan. Cover with half of gelatin mixture, sprinkle half the coconut over the top.

Make another layer of the remaining cake, broken into small pieces; cover with remaining gelatin mixture. Prepare last 2 packages of whipped topping; spread over top and sprinkle with remaining coconut. If desired more coconut may be added. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
