1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, juice and all
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip (or 1 carton Cool Whip)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix cake ingredients together adding one egg at a time. Pour into greased 13x9 cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350. Mix topping ingredients together. Spread over cooled cake.
