1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

Drain mandarin oranges, cut into halves, set aside. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil together. Mix well. Stir in orange slices. Pour batter into four greased and floured cake pans; bake 300 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes. Ice between layers over side and on top.

ICING:

Mix:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 box sm. instant vanilla pudding

Fold in:

13 oz. container whipped topping

Keep cake in ice box.
