SEVEN LAYER DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 c. diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese
Chopped avocado (optional)

Spread beans on 10-inch serving platter. Blend sour cream and dressing mix. Spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips. 8-10 servings.
