RICE LOAF 
2 c. rice, cooked
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. grated yellow cheese, more if desired
1 can evaporated milk, undiluted
3/4 c. parsley, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 env. Washington golden broth

Combine all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan. For a glass dish bake at 325 degrees.
