CRANBERRY BREAD 
1 c. cranberries, chopped
2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat in juice and egg until well blended. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spray 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with Pam and spoon into batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
