CHICKEN BROCCOLI CREPES 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked
3 tbsp. chopped olives (optional)
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash of salt and pepper
2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Blend cream cheese and soup. Mix in chicken, broccoli, olives, onions and salt and pepper.

Unroll 1 package crescent rolls on cookie sheet into 2 equal lengths. Spread mixture over the top. Spread half of cheese on top and cover with other crescents. Pinch top and sides with fork to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

These are always a big hit!
