HOT SALSA DIP 
12 c. tomatoes, cut, chopped and peeled
6 lg. onions (white), diced
1/2 c. chopped hot pepper
5 cloves garlic, diced
3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar

Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Makes 6 pints. Store in refrigerator.
