PATTI'S POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. Mazola oil
4 eggs or Egg Beaters
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix together dry cake and pudding with poppy seeds. Add water and oil. Add eggs. Beat well.

Pour batter into a well greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes.

Great plain or could be topped with a glaze of powdered sugar, lemon and butter.
