CHEESY MUFFIN QUICHES | |
3 lg. eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. French's Classic Yellow mustard 1 tbsp. EACH instant minced onion & imitation bacon bits 1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, mustard, onion and bacon bits until well mixed. Add baking mix and cheese; stir until no lumps of baking mix remain. Using about 1/4 cup batter for each muffin cup, pour into greased muffin cup pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes. Loosen edges with spatula; remove from muffin cups. Serve warm. Makes 15-16 muffins. |
