HOLIDAY EGGNOG | |
6 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. rum extract or 1 c. rum 1 qt. milk 2 c. whipping cream Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add salt and sugar, beat until lemon colored. Stir in rum and milk. Blend in whipping cream. Chill for 3 hours. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve. |
