QUICK COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (24 oz.) cottage cheese
1 sm. can fruit (well drained)
1 (3 oz.) Jello (use red, any flavor)
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Put cottage cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle dry Jello over cottage cheese and mix well. Add well drained fruit and marshmallows. Mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Ready to serve. Will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
