COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) sm. curd dry cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello

Put cottage cheese in small mixer bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Add Jello and stir well. Drain oranges, put about 1/2 of oranges in mixture; stir. Mound cheese mixture on large plate. Put remaining oranges on top and around base of cheese. Keep in refrigerator until serving. Serves 4 to 6.
