COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 boxes orange jello
24 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
3 c. sm. marshmallows

First drain cottage cheese and add powdered gelatin. Stir good. Then drain pineapple and oranges. Add fruit to cottage cheese and jello. Mix well, then add the small marshmallows. Allow to sit several hours or overnight.
