CHICKEN SMETANE 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1 sm. clove garlic
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 sticks butter

Combine the garlic, sour cream, lemon juice, and seasonings. Coat the chicken with this mixture and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Butter a large 9x13 inch casserole pan. Carefully roll the chicken in bread crumbs so the cream mixture is underneath. Arrange in the casserole and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until golden brown.
