MINI RUEBENS 
1 loaf cocktail rye
Dijon mustard
1 canned corned beef
1 pkg. sauerkraut
12 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 to 375 degrees.

Spread out slices of rye on cookie sheet. Spread with dijon mustard. Break up corned beef with fork, spread over bread. Drop a glop of sauerkraut on corned beef. Top with Swiss cheese. Pop in oven 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
