1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Boil 5 minutes and pour over partially cooked carrots (drained) and glaze turning the carrots until they are completely done.
