RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, raw (peeled and sliced)
1 c. nuts

Cream oil, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir together and add apples and nuts last. Mix well. Put cake in 9 inch tube pan in cold oven.

Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
