RAW APPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. chopped raw apples
golden raisins
1 c. pecans

Beat first 4 ingredients together. Mix apples, raisins and pecans. Add to the first mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.

Caramel Frosting:

1/8 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. milk

Mix. Bring to a boil. When boils, set aside to cool. When cool, add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well. If too thick, add milk.
