RAW APPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped, peeled raw apples (red or yellow Delicious)
1 c. walnuts or pecans (chopped)

Mix and stir all ingredients together. Bake at 325 degrees until done.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 or 3 tbsp. milk

Boil above ingredients until done. Spread on cake.
