THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal flour (measure oatmeal, then blend with mixer)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) plain Hershey's chocolate bar
3 c. nuts (opt.)

Cream together first 5 ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix next 5 ingredients. Slowly mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate and nuts. (Break up candy into small chunks.) Drop 2 teaspoons mixture per cookie onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes about 100 cookies.
