GRANDMA'S BARBECUE | |
4 - 5 lb. Boston pork butt Dash of salt, pepper and garlic salt 2 slices onion 1 tbsp. paprika 1/2 (24 oz. size) bottle ketchup 1 tsp. chili powder Brown pork butt in Dutch oven. Add seasonings. Add onion and saute until tender. Add paprika and enough water to cover meat. Put in oven and cook for 2 to 3 hours until very tender. Flake meat with fork and take out all fat. Add ketchup and chili powder. Simmer for 20 minutes. |
