TRIPLE ORANGE AMBROSIA SALAD 
2 c. liquid (water or fruit syrup)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sour cream or 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

In bowl, pour boiling liquid over gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add orange sherbet, stir until melted. Add 1 can of mandarin oranges. Pour into 6 cup ring mold, chill until firm. Combine remaining orange segments, pineapple, coconut and marshmallows. Fold in sour cream and chill at least 3 hours. Fill center of unmolded salad with fruit mixture before serving.
