SCALLOPS WITH PASTA 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. sea scallops, halved crosswise
1/2 c. butter
1 med. garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
Salt
Dill

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add scallops and stir until just opaque, about 1 minute. Transfer to plate using slotted spoon. Wipe out skillet. Add 1/2 cup butter and melt over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and salt. Stir 3 minutes. Mix in scallops. Serve immediately with pasta garnished with fresh dill and pepper.
