SWISS STEAK-BAKE 
1 round steak
Approximately 1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1 tsp. onion flakes or 1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 cans tomato soup

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Coat well with flour. Put oil in ovenproof skillet (iron works best). Heat oil, add meat, and onion. Brown meat well on both sides. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Drain excess oil first. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour. (Sauce on meat makes good gravy for mashed potatoes.)
