TARRAGON BAKED STEAK 
2 1/2 lbs. thick sirloin steak
1 med. onion
1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Brown steak under broiler for about 5 minutes, turning once. Place in baking pan and top with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over steak. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until medium-rare.
