GREEN PEPPER STEAK BAKE 
1 lb. beef chuck or round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. thinly sliced green pepper or red pepper
1 c. chopped green onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Cooked rice or noodles

Cut meat into 1/2 inch strips. Add soy and garlic to meat. Toss and set aside. Heat oil. Add beef and cook on high until tender. Add vegetables except tomatoes. Heat until vegetables are crisply done, about 10 minutes.

Mix cornstarch and water. Pour into cooked mixture and cook until thickened. Pour over rice or noodles in a casserole dish. Layer tomatoes on top. Heat in oven 10-15 minutes.
