TUNA STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
3 green peppers, halved
2 (7 oz.) cans Albacore tuna, water packed
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 heaping tbsp. pimento
Mayonnaise to moisten or to taste

Drain tuna well.

Parboil pepper halves for 25 minutes. Cool. Mix all ingredients. Fill pepper halves. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
