STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
2 green peppers
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. tomatoes
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 lb. ground beef
Tomato sauce

Cut stem end of peppers and remove seeds. Parboil peppers 4 minutes in boiling water and salt in a covered saucepan. Drain well. Saute ground beef and add remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into peppers. Place on baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over peppers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
