TWINKIE TORTE 
11 or 12 Twinkies, cut lengthwise
12 oz. chocolate chips
5 tbsp. water
5 tbsp. sugar
6 eggs, separated
1 med. container Cool Whip

Lay Twinkies lengthwise cream side up in 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips with water and sugar. Set aside to cool. When cool, beat in egg yolks one at a time.

In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Pour over Twinkies, cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate before serving.
