FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
6 eggs
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar and melted butter in mixing bowl. Blend with spoon and add milk and flavoring. After browning coconut to a golden brown in oven, add to mixture. Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
