BROCCOLI & CHEESE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/4 block Velveeta cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. French fried onion rings
1 can mushroom soup

(You can substitute cauliflower or mix them both together.) Cook broccoli until soft; cut 1/2 inch stick butter over hot broccoli. Mix 1/4 block Velveeta cheese, cut up, 1 cup grated cheddar, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk and 3/4 can French fried onion rings. Pour mixture over cooked broccoli. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, then sprinkle with remaining onion rings and bake additional 5 minutes. Serve.
