1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
10 oz. spinach, washed & torn into pieces
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 red apple, cored & diced
1/2 sm. red onion, cut into rings
1/4 lb. blue cheese, crumbled

In bowl mix spinach, eggs, apple, onion and blue cheese. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and mix into salad.
